TRIP INFORMATION & POLICIES
Saltwater Xcurision specializes in small group fishing charters. The boat is yours for the time you book. This will enhance your fishing experience tremendously. Not only will you get a great day on the water with your friends and/or family but we also spend extra time teaching you how to rig baits and set up spreads.
We are Licensed to fish State and Federal waters.
All Charters are operated on Eastern time
All Charter prices are for the entire boat, 1 to 6 people.
Anglers must be a minimum age of 15 for offshore trips 10yrs old for others.
Prices includes, Bait, Fishing gear, License, and bags to take home your catch
Prices do not include Fishing Clean Fees or Gratuities for the Captain and Deck Hand
Prices posted are discounted for cash. There is a 3.0% fee added to each credit card transaction
Safety
Weather – As much as we all want to go on our fishing day, safety is our number one priority. Call the day before to check with us on weather conditions. The Captain will make the final call to go or not to go.
Drugs and Alcohol – Anyone arriving at the boat appearing to be impaired by drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to board. If anyone becomes too intoxicated while we are out, the Captain has the option to return the vessel to the dock and the trip will be over. No refunds will be given.
Marijuana, Weapons, and Controlled Substances are NOT allowed on board at any time. Your trip will be cancelled immediately and NO REFUNDS will be given.
We all want to enjoy the day on the water so we ask that everyone behave in a respectable manner toward ALL those onboard.
Physical Limitations and Mobility
Due to the nature of offshore fishing and its physical demands, you must be able to stand, support yourself without assistance, and not require an aide to help you get around. Our boat is simply not equipped for persons with limited mobility. We do apologize for this inconvenience and would be happy to refer you to other boats that will fit your needs.
What To Bring
Bathing suits.
We recommend not wearing flip flops if fishing, Non marking shoes or sandals with straps
Sunscreen is a must( Spray Sunscreen can not be applied while on the boat)
A light jacket for the morning or evening runs
Lunch (water is provided). Box Lunches are available from a few local stores.
Please limit coolers to one per group. We have ice and cold storage on the boat. Your favorite adult beverage. No Glass bottles, please.
Camera (Optional)

Tackle….We offer high quality, Custom, high end rods and reels.
Water, Gatorade and Snacks – No glass bottles allowed on the boat
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Payments made by check must be mailed to: Saltwater Xcursions. An NSF check will be charged a fee of $50.
If your deposit is paid by check your balance must be paid by cash or check.
Cash Payment will be accepted in person at the boat prior to leaving the dock for your trip
Tips and fish cleaning fees are cash only at the Boat. Please tip accordingly for a job well done. You may pre-pay these by credit card.
Deposit: $500.00 will be collected at time of booking either by check or credit card. This must be paid or arrangements made within 24 hours of receiving your deposit request invoice
If paying your Balances in cash it is due upon arriving at the boat. If paying via credit card you must pay the balance one day to your trip. Failure to do so will cause your day to be forfeited, and you will lose your deposit
Deposits are refundable if trip is cancelled more than 30 days prior to your trip. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to your trip your deposit is not refundable. Deposit are refunded if your trip is cancelled by KCSF for weather or mechanical reasons.
